Richard Roig has been taking care of me and my company for more than 20 years. We built an injection mold that dropped the cost of the large 12x12 cabinet that I use by 90% over the same item made in wood. Over this time, we made many thousands of units, which is a lot for me, but surely represents a smaller output to their company. Regardless of my size though, I always got excellent customer service with Richard. This was especially important because over time, the injection mold had design issues that required many adjustments and fixes in order to keep production going. Even though this represented a much more difficult process, I always was able to get product when I needed it. Now, a new design has been completed, and Richard has been instrumental in working out the kinks in the prototypes we made, such that our new mold now has superior qualities in a number of areas, with improved finish and multiple labor saving elements. I highly recommend Richard for any of your plastic manufacturing needs, he has been solidly helpful on each one of the areas that are involved.
