Super friendly and courteous staff. I belive the gentleman's name that helped getting my mower blades opened was Corey. He called me promptly when they came in and I went right on in and picked them up. They sell good quality items at a great price. I do not have one complaint about this location. Not a whole lot to say about other locations.

I have gone several times to Ace in Gardendale. They are so nice and helpful. One time I was looking for blower that wasn't terribly heavy but was very powerful. The young man that helped me demonstrated it and let me hold it to see if it was a good enough wait for me. I will never go back to those huge stores where no one will help you.

Always very friendly staff and clean and stocked well with a lot of variety. I love to window shop but the prices are a bit steep because they are a smaller retailer so we don't usually spend a lot here. I wish they had more frequent sales that had a bit better savings. The garden center is small but very nice and the plants usually are well taken care of. Other than the prices being a bit out of my range, its always a pleasant shopping experience.

I stopped in because I saw the beautiful flowers as I was passing by. I was assisted by the nicest young man named Ashton. He was so helpful and informative. The assortment and colors of the fall flowers are awesome. I know now where to go for my indoor and outdoor foliage!!?

I didn't know that Ace was the " Chick-fil-A " of hardware stores!!! My first time purchasing and I was blown away by the customer service. Mark and Isaiah was very helpful in product education ?

Always clean, well stocked, and well-staffed. I like how ACE has remarketed itself. Getting all the stores to have the same storefront gives continuity to the brand. Their stores never keep very many of each item they sell in stock. But that gives them room for a bigger and better variety of products. So I always take a couple of extra minutes to walk around a few aisles after I have what I need. I'm always amazed by the products that I didn't know they had or maybe the selection of that product. There's hidden gems on every aisle. Even the paint aisle. Let's be honest with each other, nobody WANTS to go into the paint aisles. Not even painters. But go check it out. The selection of brushes or sandpaper or those little hidden gems may catch your eye. You just might stumble on what you didnt know you needed for that other project you have going on at home.
