I’ve been shopping with AC Pro for 8 years as a licensed HVAC contractor in the area. Very disappointed with Patrick. I am a licensed contractor with an AC Pro account and was not sold Oxygen and acetylene tanks. I asked for the manager and he said he was on vacation and that he’s the one currently in charge. Unprofessional and waste of time.

Worthless to general public. They will only sell if you are contractor and they “can’t” even give advice. I understand that they are following some law but my complaint is that this is not clearly stated on their website or company description. This review focuses on how useful this place to “normal” everyday people trying to fix their own stuff.
