My husband and I went in Thursday (8
15.24) and did the "Get what you get" gumball machine on spur of the moment for fun. I ended up with a star and the husband got a shark. Both artists did a great job. Shop was VERY clean and everybody there was nice. We would highly recommend them.

VERY RUDE STAFF!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
Walked in to get sibling tattoos and were told that our design was unworkable. We were told that it would have to be sized up a, frankly, ridiculous amount, and that if we got it, quote, "people will wonder how many names you're covering up" and "this is why you never design your own tattoo", both of which were entirely out of line. We went elsewhere and were told that the design was perfectly fine. My issue is not the criticism; there are definitely things about the design that needed to be adjusted, but the tone and delivery of this information was rude and uncalled for. I don't give out one-stars lightly, but this treatment was not okay. If you, as an artist, have an issue with certain details, that's okay - I seem to recall a hesitancy about the amount of words, in this case, which I totally understand - but you have GOT to be kind to your customers when telling them your concerns, or you're about to lose them. What could have been a quick and easy edit of a design became the source of a hell of a lot of anger and annoyance when it had no reason to be. Parlor Tattoos down the road took perfect care of us, and I highly recommend them. Do better, Abyss.

All three artist are very talented and helpful. JD gave my daughter her tattoo a rose and Brody gave me mine an Eagle. We both are beyond happy with our tattoos and couldn't asked for two more talented artist. Highly recommend.

We spontaneously did the 50cent machine! Best experience ever. Love our new tats. Puffer fish ? and misquote. Our artist was amazing and had us laughing. Fully recommended this tattoo shop especially our great artist JD. 100% recommend ? thank you!

We found Abyss while visiting Eureka Springs and stopped in to get tattoos for our anniversary. JD was awesome and listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions to make sure it was something I was happy with. Great service and super fair pricing.

My husband and I have got work done here multiple times. Every piece they do amazing. Each design they create they put so much heart into and is made to be tattooed. It’s all their original design that is so much better than picking it off of Pinterest or Etsy. Every artist in that shop has decades worth of experience. They know what does and doesn’t make a good tattoo. They’re super honest and will explain it to you. Maybe the sensitive Sally’s who act as keyboard warriors leaving a small business a bad review because they couldn’t handle honesty and got their feelings hurt should toughen up. Notice every bad review is from someone who didn’t get any work done or just wants to be bitter and hurt a local business. I 1000% recommend Abyss. Hands down the best shop in NW Arkansas.

Came in with an an initial idea. JD told me it wasn’t gonna be a good idea and it wouldn’t last. Really appreciate him being real with me. We went ahead and scoped a few ideas and came up with the finished product. He helped me out with my budget and promised excellent quality. He definitely delivered. Genuine guy, solid artist, and really did me good!

I took my wife to Eureka Springs last weekend for an early valentines day getaway. We have been getting tattoos to remember our trips. The 2 artist here that did ours 4 days ago did a great job. We walked in shortly after they opened Sunday and told him my wife's idea and our time constraints due to a massage being scheduled later. He took her words and made them a picture exactly how she pictured. Great job and great results. These pictures are right after removing the second skin today. Thanks for helping us remember or trip!
