Anyone searching for pole barns in Florida will see that the consumer has multiple options. Of course one will, initially, always look for the cheapest and go from there. I had the opportunity to look at other completed barns in the local area from other manufacturers and decided to give ABT Trusses a chance based on price alone. I am installing a 40 x 40 myself and decided to pick up the material as well. Very Professional from start to finish. Amazed by the quality since I had the opportunity to compare from others that I had a chance to look at. The 2 x 4's fit perfect, the welds are tight, the paint is solid and there brand is stamped in the metal. Pride in ownership! The owner even took a minute to step out and explain some simple steps to stress caution and safety during construction out of concern with no pressure to have them do the install. I have to mention the Engineering Company they recommend for drawings is also a very professional business out of Gainsville. Thank you ABT Trusses to include the professional team of ladies that made the purchase seamless.

I found ABT on Facebook while shopping for a pole barn and decided to take a chance on them. They initially responded quickly and were happy to answer my 100 questions. I told them what I wanted and they gave me a price almost immediately. I decided to buy from them even though I had not met them because of the professional and easy experience. I paid my deposit over the phone and the rest when I picked it up. ABT Trusses does business the old school way. They kept their word and delivered on everything they said while maintaining a fair price. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal and they even told me to contact them for any reason if I needed to. They even took the time to load my trailer so that it would be safe on the road. I dont think you will get a better experience anywhere and ill happily recommend ABT to anyone. They have my future business for sure.

I purchased a pole barn kit from abt. I also purchased the engineered plans to submit to the county. When reading the plans before starting on the barn it was not clear on the plans where the poles were to be set. It showed on the plans 38’ 8” center to center pole on the width of the barn. Before starting on it I called the company and got confirmation on the measurements. She told me I’m correct. 38’ 8” center of the 8x8 post to center of the other 8x8. So we proceeded to set the poles at that measurement. We poured concrete and got our inspection. We then started to set a truss and realized the measurements were not 38’ 8” center to center. The true measurement was inside both poles. So I called and asked again. But this time I was told the 38’ 8” was outside to outside. I proceeded to tell her she was wrong and how I wasted a whole day of equipment and labor tearing these poles up and setting them to the correct measurements. She said she would get back with me no later than Monday 7/17 and apologized for the confusion and she would see about getting me some compensation since their plans are not as they say. I still have not heard from them and I sent an email and still have not heard anything back. Very disappointed. Will not recommend this company to any one looking for pole barns. If your going to sell a kit. Make sure you provide correct information

First off, let me say this. I don't write many reviews. With that said, there's no way I could let this encounter with this truss company go unrecognized or unnoticed. The short story is this. My brother and I ordered some trusses from ABT. As we were installing one of them, we had a mishap and damaged the truss beyond usage.

I was in a huge jam because my brother was leaving town the next day and I had to return the boom lift. I spoke with Chris over at ABT and within 20 minutes, he had his team working on a new one and I picked it up that same day.

The level of service displayed was second to none. Their response time and compassion for making things right is equally impressive. As a fellow business owner, I can appreciate the culture that the owners have built within their organization. Every employee has a great attitude and a willingness to help, regardless of the circumstances. As an example, their operations manager (Luke) went out of his way to load the truss on my trailer and help secure other freight that wasn't even theirs. Again, this is above and beyond. The trusses are good quality and the value is even better. Great job to the ABT team, from top to bottom. It's greatly appreciated!

I bought a 40x60 barn package and had the contractor they recommend install it for me. The quality of the product is excellent and Matt and his crew did an outstanding job installing it. Highly recommend these people!!
