Went in today to get a quote on some work. Lobby was open, but no one was in the office. I could hear guys working in the shop, so I decided to wait for some help. After waiting about 15 minutes I decided to knock on the shop door. I could hear one of the guys in the shop say "someone is knocking on the door", but no one came and helped me. I waited for about 5 more minutes, left a note for management and left. I have no idea if this company provides quality work or decent customer service because I wasn't able to get any customer service at all. I may try to contact the company again and give them a second chance at my business. If I can get some one to help me then I'll update this review.
