This has been the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. A pick-up was scheduled, but after the item was collected, no payment was made, and no one answered the phone when I tried to follow up. Hours later, I was informed that I was expected to go to the office to pick up a check—something that was never discussed beforehand. While we never explicitly agreed on a payment method, cash or Zelle is typically standard practice. This experience was a complete waste of my time, and I would strongly advise against doing business with this company respectfully.

The owner Bob is the most unprofessional and rudest guy you'll find all of Miami. We've been a loyal customer of Santino's for years.

We worked out pricing for LARGE amount of inventory yesterday with Santino, we come in today as discussed with a truck rented to carry it all.

Bob, out right lies to us about items already being sold that are right infront of us, tries to renegotiate for almost double the price; and yells and curses the entire time telling us we're lying ( even though staff is there to confirm the deal) . they won't be getting any more business from us.

We have years of experience dealing with suppliers importing a variety of products and we never dealt with such issues... They are rude, specially Albert, it took them months to process our order. Worst place ever! Do not order from them.
