I saw a lot of bad reviews but I try to form my own opinion after giving a place a fair shot. I rolled in at 11pm for a drop/hook. One of the easiest and quickest I've ever experienced. Guard was very cool, professional and helpful and so was the shipping office person. Would gladly return.

Very bad place. my drivers arrived on time but they did not unloading process. they said unloading will start next day at 6 pm. especially securety guy is liar do not believe him. he will reject you. then i talked with broker then security guy allowed him. after that my drivers got dock. they would not unloading for 4 hours and they unload you so slow. i would recommend this facility to set new rules for security and his owner. we are human. we should help each other. humanity will save the world. please ask to security and workers to be friendly. this take me so much time but i put 5 stars to emerge kindness for these people.

Security is no help. I haven't been here in a few years and tried to ask him if I still needed to go all the way around building because I drive a tanker. This place wasted so much time checking driver's in. First why do you need my truck and trailer license plate numbers if I'm delivering a load. Also asking for driver's license number will get you into trouble. If my license number gets out because you want it we'll you better be prepared what's coming your way. Class action Lawsuit.

Hello Abbott nutrition, I arrived at your plant at 6:55 AM for a 7 AM appointment. There were two trucks in line. The gate is locked. It’s now 7:15 AM. The gate is still locked. There’s 4trucks behind me. That’s a total of 7 trucks waiting. I called Receiving. They told me the guard personnel are doing shift change. It seems to me a much better time to do shift change would be anytime except when all the appointment start. Please take a look at this. Maybe you could have overlapping shifts. I don’t know just a suggestion thank you.

I've been to this place multiple times. Typically get you unloaded when you're supposed to be. Very nice people. I'm in a tanker if they don't have room to hold your load you have to park outside the gate. There's no Porta-Potty out here. They will not let you come in and use the restroom. The truck drivers is who keeps these places running. They care nothing about the truck driver outside the gate. They tell you to go to a truck stop and I'll call you when they have room. Truck stop is 25 minutes away. Billion dollar company and can't afford to put a Port-A-Potty out here that cost $60 to service. Unbelievable.

Security guard Dalton made us waste about 30 minutes because he “forgot” to mention that we needed to get our paperwork at the driver lounge. Then he did not allow us to make a proper turn around and wanted us to reverse all the way back to the docks. That’s very dangerous and I’m sure you wouldn’t want to be held liable for an accident. Please retrain your staff.
