I took my sewing machine to Aarons today and the young lady that waited on me was able to find the problem and fix it right then. No charge!!!! She also gave me tips on making sure the thread is in the tension correctly. What a great place!!!! Very friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful. 5 star for sure!!!!

Really great experience! I had two machines, a Husqvarna and a janome that both were having issues. We dropped the machines off on Tuesday and they were ready by Thursday. One even needed a part. Really friendly people. Very personable and knowledgeable and a great selection of machines available for purchase as well. I have worked for both Viking , brother, baby lock, singer and I felt that they were extremely knowledgeable with their products and service. Their prices for repair was also extremely reasonable, especially with the turnaround time

The other day I drove from Beverly Hills, FL to drop off my Bernina Vertuoso153 for service (it's a machine from the 1990s). Before I left the store I got talking to Aaron the owner about the reason for my machine needing service. He took the machine out & started working on it & finding the issues. While I was there. I told him I was going to visit a friend nearby & said I'd call back in a couple of hours. He completed the repairs & service so I didn't have to drive the hour to come back another day to pick it up. Aaron is an amazing serviceman. He really knows his machines. I was amazed at how quickly he figured out the issues. Thank you Aaron for your courtesy & great service. I will be sure to tell other sewers were to get their machines serviced by a true professional. Really nice store as well.

Buyer Beware! If I could give zero stars I would. Drove almost 2 hours and purchased a machine. Wait for it….it did not include the power cord or foot pedal. Found that out the next day when I packed the machine. I was told the auto threader didn’t work which was the Only reason it was sold “as is.” When I contacted the store regarding the lack of power supply, I was very rudely told it was “as is.” Unfortunately, I was not able to speak directly try to Aaron, I found 2 of the ladies there to be disrespectful and down right rude. They also acted as gate keepers not forwarding my calls to the owner of the store.

This is the most service oriented store I have ever been to in my life. The staff is warm and friendly. I brought my Janome machine in for service. It was returned within 5 days. I needed a user operator lesson which taught me so much that I didn't know. Great business model.

I purchased a HQ Stitch 510 months ago, which was recommended by Aaron. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an hour with staff to go over my new purchase, that was a first for me. I absolutely love my machine, which was purchased for free motion quilting, but is now also used for piecing. Aaron's is also fabulous for repairs and service on my older machines. The turnaround on service has been the next day. For a repair, Aaron communicated with me through the entire process. I am very happy.

Need a lot more stars for this business.! Had issues with my longarm because of my stupidity. Mr Aaron asked me to bring my machine and all the stuff it needed for him to check it out. As soon as I arrived, he was working on it. It had more than one issue and he fixed them all. In an hour and a half he had my machine purring again. Highly recommend this place. Very knowledgeable staff .
Thank you Aaron’s sew and vac! I am going to bring my old Bernina in to be serviced even if I live 35 miles away

The paragon for old time home town service. Aaron did not have the part that my machine needed, but he gave me the phone number for a service that could help me-I highly recommend this small businessman!
