ZERO STARS!!! I took my vehicle to AAMCO to address an oil leak and informed them that a previous mechanic diagnosed the issue as being caused by worn-out gaskets under the vehicle. AAMCO conducted a diagnostic and insisted that the oil leak was instead due to a faulty part on the top portion of the engine. I was charged over $1,000 for the part replacement and labor.

After the repair, I still had oil leaking on my driveway, which clearly indicated a misdiagnosis. On or about December 5th, I returned to AAMCO and left my vehicle overnight. The next day, they informed me that the actual issue was indeed the worn-out gaskets under the vehicle—the very problem I brought up during my initial visit.

I complained to the store manager, who tried to justify the initial repair by claiming that the replaced part needed to be changed anyway. However, I brought my vehicle in specifically to address the oil leak, and their mechanics failed to resolve it. The manager offered to provide a ride home if I left the vehicle again and promised a discount on the gasket replacement, assuring me the problem would be fixed.

Despite their assurances, the oil leak persisted even after this visit. As shown on my dashboard oil gauge, my vehicle now shows only 11% oil life remaining after just over a month and needed to take vehicle to different mechanic that took pictures under vehicle showing motor oil, clearly indicating a significant leak that never was repaired nor and misdiagnosed by AAMCO mechanics. When I requested to drop of vehicle on a weekend due to my busy schedule or a tow truck to resolve the issue once and for all, I was given the runaround and told to drop the vehicle off myself and once again provide me with an Lyft or Uber ride but at this point it is causing a huge inconvenience to me. They should actually own up and offer a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and provide me with a rental until they can properly fix the situation.

This experience demonstrates a lack of professionalism and competency from AAMCO. Their mechanics misdiagnosed the issue multiple times, leading to wasted time and money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. It reflects poorly on the AAMCO brand and raises serious concerns about their ability to properly diagnose and repair vehicles.

Customer Service was great. I took my car for something else. Everyother mechanic could not find the problem. After dropping my car off, they called me within 30 minutes telling me exactly what the issue was. Overall, smooth sailing. If i could give 10 stars i would.

Vaneasa Is the new shop customer service manager!! She is absolutely amazing. She knows her stuff about cars. She’s pleasant on the phone. She’s pleasant when you’re there. She really makes this place Complete, it was good before now it’s incredible. Don’t go anywhere else.

Unexpected great experience! I thought for sure I'd be coming out of pocket thousands of dollars. The tech Elijah, walked me through everything, went for a test drive, and fixes my truck for 1/4 of what I was expecting. Vanessa at the customer service desk was accommodating throughout the process and accommodated throughout the process for my busy schedule.

Vanessa and the entire staff here could not be nicer. I bring two of my vehicles into them whenever they need something done. They are honest, very fair priced and do not try and upsell you on anything that doesn't need to be done. It is very hard to find an honest place to work on your vehicles where you are not going to get ripped off. Believe me this is the place to go you will not be sorry. Thank you again guys, Craig
