went to buy 2 bouquets of flowers. I asked prices and he said $20 for orchids, $10 for the other white bouquet. When I got home and unwrapped the orchids I noticed they were filled with mold. I immediately went back to exchange the purple orchids for 2 of the white bouquets and he told me the white bouquets were $20 each not $10 he charged me. He does not have prices listed and will make them up, essentially trying to rip off customers. I pointed this out to him and he yelled at me to get out and never come back. I should have known better as I have heard this from other friends who have gone there.

Absolutely disgusting behavior and I cannot believe this happened to me. The man who seemed to be the owner SNATCHED flowers out of my hand and walked away without saying a word. Was completely disrespectful and disturbing. He is clearly unwell and I am still in complete disbelief people can treat others in this way. Will never return

Although his selection of orchids is lovely , he is the meanest and angriest person I have ever encountered…both inside and outside of a retail setting. As I was just looking at the orchids to see what I wanted to buy, he came over to me and yelled at me about not touching them . I wasn’t.
Then I needed a container for the orchids and because I wanted to see how they looked in a different container, he pulled the orchids away, tossed them in the corner and told me he would not sell them to me. This was not a small order. He literally started a fight and yelled at me about how busy he was. There was not another person in the store. I told him this. He said that he has

Horrible horrible man. I walked out and told him I would never come back to his store.

I took some flowers out it on the counter and kept browsing for orchid with my aunt, when I was about to pay I noticed the flowers where not on the counter I ask the employee, he said we talk to much so he put it back my aunt said you should be happy we are still browsing we possibly buy more to what he responded we don’t have time you come pick and leave lol horrible what a business overpriced and mad angry people I wish there was -0

I have never left a bad review but today’s experience was so jarring! THE OWNER must be going through a lot of pain and suffering to be the rudest, most dismissive and disrespectful person I’ve ever encounter! He abruptly moved my flowers from the counter (with no one waiting behind me) when I told him to give me a min to see if I wanted to get anything extra because I was holding the 5 bouquets in my arms. I tried to explain again and he got so reactive he said those were his flowers and proceeded to tell me to not come back. I’ve been coming here for years now, he has always been on a bit on the rude spectrum but I’ve usually only interacted with the other gentleman who is so so sweet! HE DOES HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SELECTION OF FLOWERS & COMPETITIVE PRICES IN TOWN. If you select well, flowers open beautifully. If you still decide to venture in there… go with the compassion that this person needs some form of help and much needed love they haven’t gotten yet.

Very rude and disrespectful owner. Unprofessional....just from the little bit I encountered with him. He took the flowers i wanted out of my hands cause i wanted to change a pink for a white peony. Literally pulled them out of my hand. He Bullies people. He then said im not selling to you and took everything I had shopped for off the counter. He has no business owning a bussiness in America. That's not the way we treat people here.

Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. I went there to get flowers for my mother. I was met by a “gentleman” who was flippant and dismissive when I asked for help. Not sure if he’s having a bad day or week, but nothing justifies this behavior in a customer facing position. Kind of ironic in a flower store.
