I'm very happy with my knives the owner was nice and did my knives while I waited he was able to remove knicks from both blades and they now look as good as when I bought them and are razor sharp.

This is the only place I could find for knife sharpening in the Tuscaloosa/Northport area. While waiting in line at the Waysider Restaurant, someone once warned me that this place had ruined his $100 knife. I tried them anyway. I brought in my German kitchen knives that had not been sharpened for 30 years. The workmanship was not perfect, but overall I am very happy with the results. It took about 5 days to get them back, and the price was reasonable. The knives are definitely sharp. I would use them again.

Just as others have said he destroyed my knives. Hardly and edge but the worst part was the scratches left all over the blades. I seems either his age has caught up with him and rather than properly use the equipment he's just using a belt sander which is causing the damage.

I sent 24 fillet knives from my deer processing plant this week. Most were Grip tech. They came back within a week, they are dangerously sharp . As one of my employees said . Will send more next week . Thanks

At $4 a knife I was hoping for more. My wife had her Mercer set “sharpen” by A1 and she noticed the edge was rough. We cut some steaks and raw meat stuck to the edge to the point of making it hard to cut ........ a $4 knife sharpener from Walmart could do a better job
