I consider it an absolute pleasure to write a review for Rafael and A1 countertops. Prior to working with A1, I shopped around several stone companies looking for stone slabs for my kitchen remodel. Rafael was not only knowledgeable and well-informed, he was incredibly accommodating. Rafael worked with my husband and I, listened to all of our concerns, and answered our many questions about the various stone options. His prices were more than fair. Rafael was extremely patient during the entire process. When it was time for installation, Rafael himself came by our home on two occasions to ensure the installation went smoothly. I can't say enough about the customer service of he and his staff, which is very important to both my husband and I. The product itself is beautiful! While my kitchen renovation is not yet completed (new lighting, floors, and vent still needs to be installed), I am super satisfied with how my kitchen countertops turned out. Gorgeous!

It is my pleasure to write this review of A1 countertops. They were recommended to me by a friend. I had already received many different quotes, but Rafael and Jenny were so kind, friendly and professional that I decided to go with them. They have quality material and quality service exceptional and customer service. After my installation was completed. I had a few questions and requests for modifications and I am so amazed by their professional, kind and understanding approach to customer service. They listen to all of my concerns, they sent out their technicians to make the modifications that I requested, and did it with so much comprehension And kindness I highly recommend this company because of their attention to detail and their willingness to work with the customer. I had many questions because I’m that kind of customer. I want to know everything and I want to ask all of the questions that I needed; you would not feel comfortable to ask a lot of questions to other companies, but with A1 Plus Stone Design Inc. They were so approachable that I asked all kinds of questions and with patients they answered all of them. I’m happy with my countertops and happy with the job they did. I’m especially happy with their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend that you get your countertops, stone work for bathrooms, tables anything you need that they do! They are a great team.

Less than an hour after my wife and I visited the Indiantown Road branch, I received a call from the owner, Raphael Gonzalez and made an appointment to meet him at his main office and fabrication facility the following day. He treated us like royalty from the minute we walked into his office. He showed us his wide inventory and gave us one of his suppliers for more selection. The following day, he and his crew came to make templates for the four counter areas. Once we made our selection and finalized his proposal, our granite Was installed just four days later. Everything fit perfectly we couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure dealing with Raphael and his crew men were very efficient and knowledgeable. I worked with this company for my outdoor barbecue and they used the wrong grout that yellowed immediately in the sun and would not respond when I wrote to them to ask them to help me with yellowing and glue stains all over my countertops.

The guy is a macho guy, full of attitude and insecurity, who doesn’t want to listen to anyone who questions the quality of his job.

He would not respond for help once the job was paid for.

We're extremely happy we chose A1 Plus for our quartz countertops. We shopped around a few other local companies but the customer service we received from Claudia and Raphael was top-notch and their pricing was among the most competitive. Our house is older and not very square, but Raphael and his team were able to precision-cut the countertops to make it work and they look fantastic. The joints are incredible, they blend in perfectly. I will no doubt be using them again in the future.
