Ben was fast and efficient and accommodated my COVID precautions to get passport photos (I'm a cancer patient). He also provides the special signed photos for a Canadian passport! Thanks Ben!

I don't know how they have so many 5 star reviews! My husband took in 3 vhs tapes to have turned into dvds. Gave them the tapes on a Friday, was told they'd be ready by Wednesday and we would get a call. That day came and went. And on the following Friday he gave them a call, and at first they couldn't even find what he gave them. Took several minutes to find the order just to be told they hadn't even gotten to it yet. I called a couple days later to figure out what was going, they had sent the tapes to their Berkeley location to get done! No one asked permission to do that. Not even a courtesy call to let us know what they were doing. By the end of it or stuff was 2 weeks post the promise date, with only $30 taken of for the inconvenience. Never using this place again!

This place is amazing. I literally showed up with over 10 hours of random media, rolls of 8mm film and 32mm film, VHS tapes, and some old school Video 8 MP. This place converted it all to digital. The owner is very friendly, kind, considerate and professional. All the work was done in a timely manner and worth every penny. The owner called me and hour before closing to let me know my memories were completed and available. I wasn't sure if I could make there before closing and he offered to stay open until I arrived. Terrific and professional service. I do highly recommend and will use this business for any photo or video related business in the future.

Came in for passport photos, so glad I chose this place over fedex. This place looks like a workshop, but the guy is casually extremely knowledgeable, warm, and takes great pictures. I’m glad places like this are still around.

I cannot express my gratitude to this business. I needed passport photos and went to Walgreens where I got two extremely low quality photos which I could not convince myself using even for a passport. Then I discovered this business accidently on internet. I went there in the very last moment on the day that I needed to mail my passport application. They were very professional, extremely accommodating and the prices were very reasonable for what they delivered. I got photos with the highest quality. After my visit to that business, I promised myself that that would be my to go place for all my photo and video needs. Very happy that I discovered this business. Strongly recommend !
