I would give Billy and his crew 10 stars if I could! He is knowledgeable, HONEST, fair, kind, dependable, and performed quality work. We had a nightmare situation with another company before we got Billy involved. When you have dealt with the worst and the BEST takes over, you really appreciate the difference! He made his diagnosis, and for once, it made sense. He wasn't here to replace part after part and rack up service fees like the other company was trying to do. He was here to find out the problem and to resolve it. That is exactly what he did and we couldn't be more appreciative. BEST OF THE BEST and highly recommended! Choice Home Warranty could not get any of their Contractors to come out.
But, A,R&C took the call. Thank Goodness because we had been without AC for 10 days!
They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and took great care of us!

William was great, super friendly, and respectful. He fixed all of our problems with our HVAC and made sure it was all working properly. He was quick to respond too. Thank you so much for getting my hot air back right before it got cold outside again!

The technician/specialist Brian Ward came to my home earlier than the scheduled time and got right to work. He was very polite, punctual, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our unit. He really wanted to make sure my issue was fixed that day and he got the job done and it works great now! He even called the next day to make sure everything was still running great! If I need work on our HVAC ever again (which I hope I don't) but I will definitely call them and recommend them to others!

A, R & C was sent out by my home warranty AHS. Billy contacted me within an hour to set up an appointment, then he actually came a day earlier. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendliness, thankfully my issue turned out to be minor and was corrected easily. I have decided to use this company for my regular maintenance.

Got assigned this company twice for service requests through American Home Shield, one under AR&C, and the other under the name Martin's Heating & Cooling. I wasn't around for the first visit, my wife was, but she had nice things to say about them and the winter check up on our heater we got. I was home for an issue with our cooler in the summer though and had a lot to ask about - what caused this, how to prevent it, how one part of my system worked with the outside part, even a rough ballpark of how much it would be to eventually replace units in my system with and without AHS. He didn't mind me watching him the whole visit to learn, and we chatted about work and non-work stuff, explained the two names for the company mentioned at the beginning of my review, and was a generally nice person. Next time I have an issue, I'll ask AHS to assign me to AR&C/Martin's.

Very well pleased with Billy Martin! He had done some repair work on our previous house. Then our new house that we had been in for a little over a year, the heater started messing up. Being the end of November it was getting rather cold at night. We called him first thing Monday morning. He was out at our house in a matter of an hour or two. He diagnosed the issue which wasn't the best news but we had trusted him because he had always been fair and honest in the past. That afternoon we had it all setup for a new unit. Had been pre-approved for the small loan we needed to get it. The very next day at 8am he was at our house ready to install the new one. By the time my son got out of school he was done. He was super fast and super efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed one bit.
