I don't think I could say enough good things about the Fireplace store. They were so helpful in getting us serviced before my spouse went back to work. The team was professional, through and answered all of our many questions in easy to understand answers. They easily addressed all of our issues an gave us solutions that solved all of our issues. They found issues with our current woodstove set up that another local fireplace establishment didn't even come close to addressing. We are so incredibly thankful for their through, informative and friendly services. Now our woodstove is working better then ever before thanks to their excellent customer service. I couldn't recommend these guys more as someone that asked about 1000 questions they never missed a beat and did it all with a smile on their face. Great in home service. Quick, polite, patient with kids and dogs "helping". Explained everything before doing it. He took the time to make sure my fireplace blower was working properly, even tho it took 10+ minutes to turn on. This company will be my go to from now on. Excellent value for excellent service.

Not only did I receive one of the best gas heaters on the market, Rinnai, but this company has the best customer service you can ever ask for! Family operated is apparent with their huge hearts and excellent service! I would give them 10 stars on a 5 star scale! We received our heater the same day we went looking! They have so many options to choose from, great displays to browse, and affordable products for every family and business situation! I highly recommend them to everyone! Purchased jotul gas stove GF500 DV IPI PORTLAND two years ago 9-21-17. The staff at the store are great, the product on the other hand, ISNT. BUYER BEWARE.
