The school district for which I serve as superintendent had two separate pipes burst following sub-zero temperatures that are very uncommon for our region of the country. When I received the call on Christmas morning about water covering a major portion of the court in our sports arena, I knew exactly who to call. Mickey with ServPro Jonesboro answered my call on the second ring while he was having Christmas breakfast with his family. He along with his project manager Erik and the rest of their team were onsite to assess the situation and install air blowers within two hours of my call. Now that is what I call service! We had the same experience four days later when a busted water line filled the orchestra pit and impacted carpeting and rooms in our fine arts center. Even though there was limited equipment available with so many homes, schools, and businesses in our area affected by broken sprinkler lines and busted pipes, Mickey and Erik responded by making us a priority and securing the needed air blowers and dehumidifiers to address our needs.

The ServPro team promptly answering our calls, following up to check on our damaged areas, and doing everything in their power to meet our needs is what I will always remember. A small damp spot on the carpet quickly became a soaked room of carpet. Had already called them when spot was small but jumped into gear and started demo and cleanup once water had spread. They did a great job and I would highly recommend as well as use again
