Had to call Chasen (the owner) for a chip yester day (Monday, 07/01/2024) - AFTER I had the glass replaced at the end of May!!! The guys at Novus were out at my office TODAY (Tuesday, 07/02/2024) and were able to fill the crack in well! You can somewhat see the point of impact, but it's hardly there! And it's not the eyesore it was! Chasen and his team are LOCALLY and family owned, are residents of the area and their team is incredibly professional! It's so nice that when you call, you'll often get Chasen himself, and it's a great feeling to know you're being well-taken care of in a timely manner, and they work well with the insurance companies, and are a Safelite preferred shop! Thank you guys!!

Our company has had such wonderful experiences with the team at Novus Glass! Their customer service is top notch and their quality of work is awesome. We had a small issue with one windshield and the owner made it a priority to get it fixed promptly. They will be our go to for our glass needs from here on out! Definitely recommend!!

These guys did a great job on my truck! Fixed up two rock chips, one of which I literally can't even find where it used to be! Highly suggest! They were quick, responsive, I called and left message, got a call back not 2 minutes later, very professional in their customer service and work!

I visited some family out of state and ended up with several stars and chips from the big trucks on the highways. Windshield ended up cracking in multiple places. Having a busy schedule made it difficult to find someone willing to work with me. The Novus crew were amazing and flexible with my schedule! Quick to order a replacement windshield and worked with me so my busy life went uninterrupted! The crew were even super friendly, professional and efficient in their work. Thank you guys so much! These guy did a great job. They are well trained, friendly, and professional.
They are also willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. My windshield was already out when they finished prepping the new glass and discovered it had a large scratch (not their fault). They were going to install it anyway and then come back later at no cost with another new windshield so I wouldn't have to wait 1 evening without my vehicle (they could have the new glass the next morning). I refused to let them do all that extra work just to save me one evening, but they were more than willing to go the extra mile for my convenience. Kudos to a great group of guys.
