Robert and Larry were very responsive to my needs, quick to diagnose the problem and satisfactorily resolved my issues. Very knowledgeable people with good answers. I especially like that the communication was very good. My items were identified, texts and emails to document their work. No waiting or call backs needed as my issues were addressed as they came up. I highly recommend these folks who are conveniently located in Chino Valley.

I could not be happier with both the service and the fast turnaround time for getting my laptop fixed. Reasonable cost too. Robert was great, and kept me updated about the progress of the work. Was also very clear about what I needed and took the time to explain things to this non-techy girl. GO HERE!!!!

Listen if you want the short story, Make sure you go to Idea Karma in Chino Valley First !! and if you don’t, then you better go there second , as it doesn’t matter where you live in the Quad cities it will be well worth the drive, save you headaches, save you lots of money and most importantly Robert the Owner was awesome ( I live in Chino and knew nothing of this place till I needed it)

Longer story , My computer crashed ( wasn’t taking a charge). Stopped by Idea Karma and Robert was in a meeting but asked if I could come back a little later. I was driving to work so I decided to stop by “ PC Works” in North Prescott. The Gentleman I spoke to was nice enough, told him what had a happened, he glanced over my computer, and he really made it sound doom and gloom and expensive. He also couldn’t plan my personal repair less than 3 weeks out as they have too many business accounts , so he emailed someone they sub-contract to and gave me the guys phone number.

Later that day I stopped by Idea Karma again( It was Friday before Memorial Weekend) , Robert looked over my computer, basically diagnosed it that I would likely only need a new part ( jack ) and gave me a great explanation and told me it was unlikely to be expensive. I left my computer with him; he ordered the part and with it being a Holiday weekend I would get my computer back Tuesday Evening or Wednesday. This is best the part, Robert was working Monday of Memorial Weekend, saw the Amazon Truck driving through his parking lot, ran outside spoke to driver to see if he could grab my part a day early, the driver called his supervisor and got it approved and he fixed my computer on Monday of Memorial weekend so I could have it for work early Tuesday Morning ( Thank God ! ) That’s freaking awesome !!! Also cost me under $100 which was not nearly the vibe from PC Works. All that to say you better check out Idea Karma in Chino before you commit to any repair shop in the Quad Cities !!

I have been to the store location twice last week and the sign in the window says OPEN but, The door was locked and no one came to the door after knocking. I have called during the listed hours and again, no one answers the phone and NO RESPONSE to the message I left. If this is how the business is run I am glad I found out BEFORE I did any business with them.
I would go to a professional repair service. The writing is on the wall.
