Jeff was just wonderful.We had just purchased the house and had a fireplace inspection and cleaning scheduled. Jeff was on time and did a very thorough inspection. He provided us with all the info we needed on our fireplace with recommendations on safety issues. He even checked to make sure we had smoke detectors up and working. The cost was extremely fair and after the inspection Jeff reported we did not need a cleaning, big kudos for being honest!!! All this and the added assurance that a firefighter did the inspection put my mind at ease! Now we can safety snuggle up to a cozy fireplace in the very near future! Thanks Jeff I will be recommending you to everyone ? 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AND A BIG 2 THUMBS UP ? ?

Jeff was on time, courteous and did a great job! Not only did he do a great job getting my gas fireplace going but he checked for any leaks and went above and beyond....even painting the inside of the fireplace and cleaning everything up. Would highly recommend this service. Very reasonable.

I called Prescott Home Safety to replace my dryer vent, which was damaged by a squirrel (!). I was pleased to know that the business was owned by Jeff, who is a Prescott firefighter, and his wife. It was easy to set up an appointment, and everything was done in a friendly and professional manner. I received reminders about my appointment. The work was done well, at a fair price. I recommend Prescott Home Safety. The business is an asset to our community.

Our dryer was giving us an error code that the vent was plugged up. Jeff was able to inspect and blow out the lint and also replace the dryer topper vent. I must say Jeff was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions. That being said, we also have an appointment to inspect our gas fireplace. I would call on them for your home safety concerns.

Jeff explained the whole process before cleaning my dryer vent. He did a great job cleaning it out and took pictures of everything. I have peace of mind that it’s cleaned out and safe. He was honest and reliable, and worked with my schedule.

This is a really good company! Jeff inspected, cleaned and repaired four gas fireplaces in our home. He found several problems that I had never noted, fixed the problems and upgraded the remote controls (at my request). Everything now works great, and I definitely plan to call Prescott Home Safety again the next time the fireplaces need service.
