There are a lot of products inside other than meat. There's some seasoning (sauces and dry rubs). This is the place to get high end quality meats. They make their own sausages, and are of good quality. They are also aging their meats which you can see in the fridge. Their beef is from ranches in Minnesota and chicken, if I heard right, is from Georgia. A lot of good stuff.

Wow! Me and my husband went last weekend to try their meat and it did not disappoint! We got a rib eye and a New York strip and they were so delicious. Melted in your mouth good. I will 100% be back for sure. The Owner helped us and he was so nice. We also purchased the twice baked potato and my only complaint is it didn't have directions for re heat but it was delicious as well. Highly recommend

Gorgeous meats, great selection and lovely service! When you want a fancy steak and a decadent twice-baked potato, this is the place to go.

Oh, and my daughter broke a bottle of hot sauce and I was sure we would have to pay for that (it was our fault, it's a small business - I get it!), but they couldn't have been nicer about it (I was still mortified) and wouldn't even let us help clean up. That was above and beyond. And again, I'm so sorry!!!

The Gilbert Butchery has been on my foodie radar since moving to Gilbert a little over two years ago. We decided to preorder a de-boned tie-on prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. As soon as we walked in the shop we were met with the amazing smokey scent of their homemade beef jerky being made in back. After we placed our order we walked around the shop. I noticed that they had bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, so that went down. Can’t wait to try them. One shelf in particular which displayed their seasonings, rubs, and sauces immediately caught my eye as we were leaving. I had to pickup one of their spicy seasonings and a jar of hot salsa to add to my collection. Their staff is extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

Tried this place when I first moved to Gilbert two years ago and bought a smoker, and now I try to avoid buying meat anywhere else. The quality and variety are incredible: I’ve bought prime rib roasts for Christmas, ribs, steaks, roasts, and chicken wings. This past year I ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving. Their staff is very friendly, and incredibly helpful - they make suggestions when you need them and are great at keeping the line moving during busy times. If you have a grill or a smoker, this place is a must.

This place is close to my house and I feel so lucky. Their meat is such good quality and the variety is outstanding. I love that they offer Sabrett hot dogs, sauerkraut, onions and mustard. I also love that offer a meat mixture of beef, veal and pork for my meatballs. They carry food and treats for pets! If you haven't been here, you need to come check it out! The staff is super knowledgable and helpful.

We love this place! First butcher we've ever been to and will never go back ? Found out about this spot because of the bone broth folks at the Farmers Market.

I got some steaks they were beautiful and delicious. I also tried out their chicken breasts. I have been having a real big issue finding chicken that doesn’t taste bad or have a bad texture. I think the grocery stores get lab grown chickens or something because I cooked and ate the chicken from here and it’s the first time in a loooong time I could finally finish my meal. Just perfect. I will be a forever customer!
