Juanita the store manager was extremely rude and was upset because I asked her why I was being charged for a restocking fee when it was not stated on the receipt. She rudely said it is on the wall. Can’t you see .

Larry and Joe’s has all your plumbing needs but boy customer service is horrible. I went over there to buy an item and they gave me the wrong fitment for A propane to gas conversion kit. Good thing I even brought the conversion kit with me and still gave me the wrong connector. I called 10 minutes before closing telling them that I was racing over there to exchange the connector. When I got there right at 6 PM. They told me they were closed and to come back tomorrow. That is poor, poor customer service, considering I drove 15 minutes to exchange a part that cost less than one dollar. Thumbs down and you just lost a customer for life. On my way to DIY Home Center.

Took my 86-year-old dad here to pick up a couple of couplings and the help could not have been nicer or better. He is not always the easiest person to deal with and they were very nice to him. We got what we needed at a reasonable price.

Worse service trying to cheat the customer in different way , need to keep your eye for the material amount , no knowledge about plumbing, not sure of the material brand they have etc….

Great customer service! Friendly staff helped me find what I was unable to find elsewhere when went to other major brand stores and two plumbers told me about this place. Thank you and I will be returning for any future plumbing parts I may need. I’m not a plumber just a stay at home mom that knows her way around her plumbing.
