I couldn't have hired Intelligent IT at a better time. After going through a few other IT companies that were slightly lower priced and offered less services, we learned the hard way that you get what you pay for!

We hired Ryan and his team in the beginning of 2020. Few months later, stay at home orders were issued across the nation. We needed to make quick (practically overnight) adjustments enabling employees to work remotely. We would be lost without this exceptionally organized team. They upgraded routers, upgraded Windows versions, added VPN, and set up remote desktop connections for about 15 users. When we ran into issues around QuickBooks Desktop version speed (while connected to VPN) Ryan went as far as increasing the speed connectivity by allowing us to remote into local computer stations he set up at the office. With his quick thinking and strategic planning we were able to continue our Trucking company's logistical and accounting operations, which was extremely essential during the pandemic in providing goods and services across 48 states.

Pandemic aside, the daily ongoing monitoring and help desk services are outstanding. Quick turnaround times for everything including:
1. New equipment ordering/deliver/setup
2. Help Desk ticket solving (within mins)
3. Employee onboarding /terminating processes
4. On site visit scheduling
