I had the incredible opportunity to tour Bell’s Plastic, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget! The tour was a fascinating journey through the history of Pez, where we got to explore how this iconic candy dispenser became such a beloved collectible. The museum’s rich collection of Pez memorabilia really brought the history to life, showcasing rare pieces and sharing interesting stories about how the brand has evolved over time.

What made this tour even more unique was the opportunity to explore the museum’s extensive toy collection. From vintage action figures to classic board games, there was so much to discover. It was a walk down memory lane, and I loved seeing how toys have transformed throughout the years.

But what really set this experience apart were the giant plastic models scattered throughout the building. These oversized, vibrant figures were not only visually stunning but also a perfect blend of art and nostalgia. You can’t help but be awed by their scale and craftsmanship.

Bell’s Plastic is more than just a museum; it’s an interactive dive into the past that both kids and adults can appreciate. It’s definitely worth the visit, whether you’re a fan of Pez, toys, or just curious about the larger-than-life world of plastic models. I left feeling inspired and totally amazed by the creativity and history preserved in this incredible place!

My Buddy and I missed their open house last year and was really hoping to see their collection of Muffler Men and other cool figures. I called earlier in the week and asked if they were open on the weekend, but they aren't. Lucky for me, I spoke to Bruce(owner) and he said to call and there might be someone working on Saturday. When we arrived, Bruce let us in to tour his collection and even came out to explain where he got them and what he and his team had to do in order to repair them. This is a must see for sure, even if they are closed, you can see them from the road.But I would suggest you call and hopefully you get an opportunity to meet and talk with Bruce, he was incredibly nice.
Don't forget to purchase one of the cool T-Shirts that he sells, all money goes back to repairing these icons. I plan to go back out there for the open house this next August.

If you never been to Bell Plastics for Big Mike's Birthday, you must! It is a worthwhile destination trip. It will be held in 2020 on August 16th. 2020 will be the 3rd year of this event, always his 50th birthday! Can't miss the location when you come upon the giant Cowboy and the spinning Doggie Diner head in front of the building.

See the land of giants: Muffler Man, Doggie Diner dog, Spiderman, Bad Big Boy, Uniroyal Gal, fireman, etc.

Of course, Bell Plastics on a daily basis is a fabricator of all things plastic.

A great place to take a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Friendly, helpful staff and don't forget to swing by on August 16th 2020 for their Annual Big Mike Event. You will definitely want to bring your camera.
