Called to ask where I can get my new truck weighed for the DMV. The guy who I spoke to was VERY helpful and knowledgeable and lead me to the correct place. He deserves 5 stars.

The man at the scale shack was very quiet and short and rude. I had told him multiple times I have never had to weigh one of my vehicles before and he didn’t seem to care, therefore I had no idea what I was doing or needed to do. He gave little to no directions. Not helpful and not great with communicating with customers.

Very rude over the phone. I called just to pitch some drone services and they seemed to have been offended for some reason. Either way, very poor customer service.

Just discovered this place. Go direct to the source (humongous mill) for serious lumber of ALL sizes at better prices. Know what you need and load your truck up. Maybe not for small scale household DIY types that need much assistance, but they've got everything for bigger projects. But the pros know this already

HoriblHo customer service. Don't communicate well with customers. Yard is a mess and they constantly mess up ordering, and do not show up for deliveries and make i t your problem and refuse to do the right thing
