Terrible service. I was charged for a vehicle on my credit card and after going down there to pick it up they didn’t honor the agreement. They couldn’t even come up with a valid explanation. Left me with no vehicle and having to dispute the transaction because it was approved from the credit card company and the only way to get my money back was to dispute the charges. The guy working the morning we went down there doesn’t know anything and the woman with the smug attitude sitting behind him did not make us feel comfortable and accepted as if it was us bringing issues to them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service is incredible! I left my wallet in the rental car and the car was off site when I came back for it. They sent someone to get it and bring it to me. Highly recommend!

Had a smooth process w picking up the rental, person who helped me out was very nice and explained everything. Car was in good condition and got me safely to San Francisco. Will definitely check them out whenever I’m in the area again.

This place has the worst customer service. We made a reservation online and were already charged with it. When we went to the place to pick up the reserved car, they wouldn't accept the agreement and we left the place without a car and having to dispute the charges to get my money back on my credit card because it was approved. Also, they didn't make an attempt to help us. The lady from behind was not even helping at all. If I could give 0 star, I would!

Awesome location. Easily the best car rental experience I've had. Rachel was wonderful and went above and beyond to be accommodating and make the rental process easy. Cannot recommend enough.

We would like to say thank you so much to, Noah, Hé saved the day for us. Our transmission went out in our véhicle and needed a rental car. Interprise let us order on line and get there and have no vehicles available. Walked across the street and Noah had a new mini van and we were on our way in 20 minutes. Small Hertz location with actual staff to talk to if you have questions. I've rented cars there many times and my car has always been ready when I arrive.
