Shocked to see the poor reviews. They have been nothing but courteous and accommodating in my experience. Their rates are excellent compared to other places for the same water usage. Every company has rules, and if you don't abide by them or pay on time, you shouldn't expect special treatment. Their due dates and shut-off dates are very prominent, and they've been nothing but fair to us over the years.

TERRIBLE office lady. The blonde is decent the other dark headed lady with glasses is ridiculous! This is the worst water company I’ve ever been with. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the office manager or whatever the rude dark hair lady thinks she is followed me outside just to yell at me. Are they allowed to do that?

If I could give zero stars or negative Stars I would. These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I have driven over there twice trying to get a water meter service. Each time they change the price and try to get more money. They will not give me the guidelines of what is required or any paperwork as they are supposed to according to the Public service commission. Today, the lady actually threw papers at me and then snatch them back and wouldn't let me have themm Then she left walked away into her office area. she is one of the most rudest people I've ever met. She accuses me of not communicating, however, each time I go they tell me something different or change the pricing. We had also spoken on the phone numerous times before we ever even drove over there. What we were told on the phone, was not what we were told once we arrive there. on my second trip today, again, they changed what they told me from the last time I was there. We are filing a complaint with the Public service commission. This is ridiculous.

Thieves and liars. Mountain Top Water and the women running it have stolen my money and turned me off 23 days after paying the bill in full.
They will shut you off when your deposit has it covered will change the rules depending on the person they're dealing with.

Mountain Top Water is only in business because they have no competetion. I recommend drilling a well before using their water. A loan for doing so would be cheaper than paying Mountain Top Water.

Crooks and liars. Very rude and nasty charge reconnect fee even when u pay same day because your pay Day falls after bill comes out. Bill came in mail late due to no fault of our own. Will not make payment arrangement will be contacting Better Business Bureau and various other Departments to investigate these crooks!!!

This place is the worst just because we have no other option for water around here they think they can treat their customers rude and nasty and when you're trying to talk they talk over you and hang up. when you try to call back they won't take your call and we go in there she gets up in your face talks over you even though at first I was talking to her politely. The manager there should not have her job she's rude and nasty and I'll admit by the time we were done I was rude and nasty right back. I get paid every two weeks so I don't get paid until this Friday after they were closed worked a double yesterday didn't get out of there until after they were closed called to ask if there's anyway I could stop on my way to work around 12 o'clock to pay the bill to avoid shut off I was told they wouldn't make payment arrangements with me even for 2 hours and that made it up there before the guys came out here to shut off my water I should be fine and then hung up the phone and he went even tell me what time they were scheduled to come out and shut off the water

Well, I read the reviews first but not our experience. We rent property so always shutting on and off. They work with us, call when water usage is high and get water on and off same day. Sometimes the field unit guys aren't too friendly but office is always friendly.

This is a company the public service commission needs to investigate! These are the rudest most arrogant people I have ever deltt with. Questionable business practices and billing errors.
