Outstanding place to take children!! Hands down, no pun intended, was the touch tank for everyone to see and feel whet some of the smell sea creatures are like (starfish, crab, sea cucumber, sea lemon, fish, shells, etc). Keeps them busy while the fish & wildlife boards explain a lot of the local sea life. NOAA has done a great job here.

The touch tank and aquarium are open to the public on Thursday's and Friday's. Both are really neat and the staff is informative and helpful. They provide towels at the tank to dry your hands and the receptionist put on an Octonauts episode about jellyfish for my kids. The building itself and the views are worth the visit. We spent about 45 minutes there.
