Honestly, this place was helpful for my God son. He's got a past, but has truly got his life on track. But with a felony, he had some set backs finding a new job after moving back to Dothan. Diamond Vaughn and SURGE, looked past his past and focused on his future. Thank you Diamond.

First, off they find you a job quickly and will keep you up to date on with the process. However, they lied about how much you will be making, I was told $20 hour and was only getting $13 and when it comes to getting you paid they won’t call you and say they couldn’t get in touch with you because ur phone number (same one they kept good communication with on) was not working or invalid. Then they use that excuse to squeeze more out of you along with other “hidden fees” that are outrageous.

Fact is even though it was a small amount, surge still did not take what would be considered reasonable effort to making sure it I was paid by failing to even call me once. All my calls are recorded and can he legally admissible as evidence since Alabama is a one party consent state.

In summary they take your money as a result of less then acceptable business ethics and practices
