Came in for my birthday lunch today and I was NOT disappointed!!! The tacos are literally the best. So fresh so good!!! Tamales delish and quesadilla my daughter had was also amazing. They will now be my go to for take out for sure!!! But we ate inside and that was perfect also!

The quesobirria is awesome! Get a side of rice with it. We need to head back to try the rest of the menu. It's a small eatery/market, nothing fancy, but the food is damn good.

Hands down the best talamas I've ever eaten. El pastor quesadilla... Yes. Service with a smile and food on point. Definitely look around in the shop.

Stopped here to check it out and I was astounded! Al Pastor tacos with fresh handmade tortillas, yes please. So glad it’s just 5 minutes from my house, I’m gonna try the whole menu!!

Since moving to Alabama, we have greatly missed our traditional San Diego taco shops and Mexican food. While we haven't had the opportunity to try many of La Prosperidad’s dishes, their fresh corn tortillas are the best in Huntsville and oh so close to the ones from home. If you want/need good tortillas, you need to come here!
