I sure would like a pool liner that actually fit. After waiting 7 long months, the installer says he is STILL trying to get the liner re-made and with the same specs as the Latham liner we replaced it with. The liner in our pool IS NOT correct and based on the lack of communication from Tara, it may never be correct.

Pool Owner Nightmare - We paid $5,000, 9 Months, Pool Wall Not Straight, and now Cutting Our Loses.

We decided on a Tara liner and used their Recommended Installer, paid $5000 in June 2024 for a liner. They sent the wrong size (either their installer measured wrong or they made it wrong), kept saying “next week, next week”. They left the pool empty for 4 months until we noticed the wall leaning in and took it upon ourselves to at least fill up the half-installed liner to prevent further damage (we are first time pool owners who were foolish enough to “trust the experts”).

It’s now been 9 months and we just want our money back but they both refuse and just blame each other with us in the middle of it. Tara says we should have better vetted the installer that They Recommended. Unbelievable they wouldnt even refund their profit/markup on this mess while we are now looking at a steep repair bill.

“Integrity: Tara believes in doing the right thing in all situations” <- when someone says trust me, you probably shouldn’t.

Excellent product and it looks fabulous! It was installed in less than a day, and the fit is wonderful. I have a large pool and didn't expect it to be made so quickly. I though it would take a month or more. Tara pool had it ready for my installers in 3 weeks. I also highly recommend my installers at Terry Pools in Decatur, AL. They were fast, professional, and courteous. All in all, a great experience.

Had a new liner from Tara installed in May of 2020. At not even 3 year the liner has lost nearly all of its color and become very brittle. Tara liners warranty dept is all but useless! After 2 voice messages and emails they return with an email that states if it is not coming apart at the seams there's nothing the warranty can cover. I replied back with pictures of how it is faded. Two or 3 days later they say if it was a manufacturer defect it would not cross the seams. To which I reply, that's just it, it doesn't cross the seams! There is a clear defined line to where the fading is all around the pool and its at the seam. That was three days ago and still no reply. I have never blasted or told a bad review on a company until now. The warranty and evidently the quality of Tara liners is the worst of the worst. Please beware when purchasing your already expensive liner that you look elsewhere than this company. I will definitely be letting people on my social media platform be aware as well!

If we could give them a zero, we would. As a swimming pool and spa construction and service company with over 30 years’ experience, I have never dealt with a company more incompetent than Tara. We had their regional salesman measure a pool for a replacement liner and Tara’s factory changed the measurements without consulting us or having us recheck the liner prior to shipping. The liner was nowhere close to fitting. We had to remove the improperly manufactured liner and ship back a part of it. By the time they sent us a replacement the weather was too cold to install it. We had to brace this pool over the winter at our cost. They claimed it was a warranty issue when in fact it was a breach of contract on Tara’s behalf. We are out over $5,000.00 in labor water and materials and their stipend of $1500.00 barely covers the time and effort we have in trying to resolve this issue with them. STAY AWAY. This is the 4th incident we have had with them and are moving to another mfg.

My liner did not fit. The installer never came back to make it correct. He said it had to do the with company not cutting it correctly. I am now stuck with a liner that is pulling away from the top and has bubbles.

I've been a customer of Tara Liners for approx 15yrs and they have been the best customer service anyone with a liner pool could ask for...
I recommend anyone looking for a pool liner to definitely go with Tara Liners...they are the best...5 Star rating
