Our experience with Cathy and her team of professionals has been outstanding. They are prompt with each scheduled appointment, communicate when complete and do a fantastic job. In addition, she's been able to recommend handyman services which has been very helpful. Payments are completed online, making it extremely easy. We appreciate Bayside and would recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning or concierge services.

I was disappointed in Bayside's services. Most of the issues I had could have been alleviated if there was a supervisor checking behind cleaners to make sure all was in order. For example, on occasion the cleaners would leave 4 towels in the bathroom and only 1 wash cloth. The bath mats were not replaced between guest visits. The bedspread was pulled all over to one side of the bed and touching the floor, meanwhile, the other side was not covered by the bedspread. The balcony had little piles of sand from the previous guest. The cleaning piece was sufficient, but attention to details was lacking.

WOW! I can't say enough great things about Cathy and her crew. My rental home was filthy and smelled of smoke in a bad way. Cathy and her crew spent an entire day cleaning everything from the walls to the floor moulding, appliances, light fixtures...everything, getting nooks and crannies I wouldn't have even thought of. The place looks and smells fantastic now. I highly recommend Bayside Concierge if you need a real deep clean of your home. Thanks, Cathy, for exceptional service and timeliness.
