A big thank you to Jonathan who works for Ike’s chair service in Orange Beach, Alabama. I approached him to rent beach chairs when we arrived and explain to him that my husband just had a heart procedure two weeks ago. He was amazing and got new chairs and umbrella from the box to position us directly in front of his station. He told me all I had to do was wave my hand , and he would secure medical attention if needed. Second day at the beach, he ran to meet us and helped us find our chairs quickly. He has checked on us numerous times and is definitely a great employee. The world needs more Jonathan‘s.

Colby did a great job getting 5 of us from Iowa set up for 3 days on the beach. Very personable and professional. He walked around talking to patrons to make sure everyone was ok or if we needed help moving chairs around in/out of the sun. He greeted us every day. He appears to really enjoys his job, people and the beach. Thanks for making our time on the beach perfect. 🤎 from Iowa!!

Colby was amazing! From the moment we reserved chairs, he took great care of our group all week long. He checked in with us several times to make sure we were doing alright. I highly recommend him—10/10! Hopefully, anyone staying at the beach had the chance to experience his excellent service!

Colby was very helpful and polite willing to help and answer questions we had. He also suggested places to go and things to do. He checked in with us periodicity to see if we needed anything. There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed his friendly personality he greeted us each day!

Online reservation system was easy to use, and the team had our chairs and umbrellas set up by 8am each day! The team on the beach was very kind and attentive and went out of their way to check on us multiple times each day!! The entire Ike's team was excellent and we were treated like gold! Highly Recommend!!

Colby- we have had the best experience with Ike’s and specifically Colby! We have a baby and he helped us get in an area away from the crowd as best as possible. He was very accommodating and extremely nice. Would highly recommend!!
