This gas station is surprisingly great! It’s clean and well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety of food options I wouldn’t have noticed unless I had gone inside. The restrooms were spotless and well-stocked, which is always a plus. The staff were incredibly friendly—especially the woman who helped me. I didn’t need to buy anything, but I did need cash back. She pointed out an inexpensive item I could grab to get the cash back without overspending, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I came in at around 3:30AM on June 21st/the morning of June 22nd after a late show that my band played. The young man working at that time deserves a raise. I pleaded with him to microwave some of the frozen White Castle burgers that this gas station offers. He informed me that he’s not allowed to microwave anything that isn’t packaged by Cumberland Farms. In my hungry desperation I must have begged him to microwave those White Castle burgers for over 20 minutes. He never budged. He never changed his tone. I have never seen someone follow the “rules” so hard (it’s worth mentioning that this rule is pretty stupid and inconvenient for those who are traveling through a town with virtually no late night food options). This man is following the handbook like it’s the gospel! Like it’s life or death! In the moment I was mad but upon waking up this morning I really just have nothing but respect for this dude. Give this man a raise, he is a star employee!!!

his morning at 8:29 am I bought a breakfast sandwich at this Orange Beach location. I paid with a credit card and waited for my receipt, but wasn’t given one. After an awkward pause, the clerk asked if I wanted a receipt. I said “Sure”, to which she told me, “You have to ask for one.”

Management should take a long, hard look at their peculiar point-of-sale protocol. Why not offer a receipt while the card is processing? Even the gas pumps outside the store provide that simple courtesy. That's better customer service than some cheeky employee instructing customers that it's their own responsibility.

It's been two weeks since my previous review (below). This morning they had the 2/$5 breakfast sandwiches in stock. The checkout employee was very friendly - with a smile. Great! As for the sandwiches? Not too good. The muffin was chewy - like an overcooked piece of meat. The flavor was mostly cheese, with hint of bacon, but no convincing egg taste. They certainly would not be confused with (even poorly made) Egg McMuffins. Ergo, staying with two stars.

On my first visit today, the receipt printer at the pump was malfunctioning. I had to go inside the store for a receipt and wait a few minutes because there were seven people in line for one cashier.

As long as I was inside the store, I decided to try the "two for $5" breakfast sandwich specials, which had been heavily radio-advertised several times every morning. I couldn't find them, and asked a cashier. She said they didn't have any, but hoped to get some next week.

I understand the store is new. Still, the company should make sure they're truly ready to go before launching a media blitz. My first impression is not favorable.

I love this place. They keep it so clean and the staff at the registers are always friendly and willing to help. The sbarros in there has really good pizza. The coffee selection is one of my favorite things here.

Burger King-worse food I have ever had in my life. I ordered a breakfast sandwich which they gave me the wrong sandwich. Fine, I don’t really care about that but the food I did received was terrible! I received half the amount of breakfast potatoes. The ones I did receive were cold, hard and tasted like they refried them all morning. The biscuit on my sandwich was greasy and hard. The egg was the size of a quarter. I was able to eat a piece of bacon and the inside of the top of the biscuit. It really took a large amount of energy to make this meal that terrible. Always had good pizza there though.

I’m mad at CF because they sell tons of microwaveable food, like ramen, White Castle burgers, etc. But instead of having a public microwave that customers can use, they have a private microwave in the back, which they only can use if you buy name brand Cumberland farms packaged foods… which SUCK and their variety is terrible. I mean why can’t a fancy gas station have a damn public microwave?! I know this is menial for most people, but if you’re traveling, this kind of inconvenience totally SUCKS and as a customer, it only infuriates me.
