WORST customer service EVER!!!!

Purchased a license plate for air brushing. I drew on paper exactly what I wanted and where to place each item. Told him and the woman behind the counter all that was needed.

When my wife picked up the plate, it was BEYOND HORRIBLE. The paint was full of texture, blotchy, heavy pitted and smeared, almost like it was dropped on the floor. The picture was NOTHING even close to the original picture that was presented, not to mention the colors were WRONG.

I demanded a full refund, which the manager REFUSED to give and said he would paint over the mistakes and make it better. There is NO WAY he could do anything to correct it. The plate would have to be redone from scratch, it was that bad.
It took 4 trips in 2 days for that manager to give me half my money back. He told me to keep the plate, but no more than an hour later called me wanting the plate back.

I hope he is not foolish enough to charge my credit card again UNAUTHORIZED.

Don't waste your money there!!!!!!!!!

Terrible!!
Ordered 2 shirts and paid over $60. The first time they didn’t put the wording on the shirts like we requested. They willingly said they would make it right so we gave it another shot. Got the new shirts and realized that they had only painted over the mistakes. You could see the mistakes under the new paint. Took them back for a third try and they spelled my youngest son’s name wrong and gave my oldest son the wrong size!! Luckily we noticed that the youngest’s name was spelled wrong before we left! We asked for a refund but were told they “couldn’t do that” . ( We had paid with cash less than 2 hours prior to this.)
They remade his shirt correctly but my oldest son’s shirt was the wrong size and the art work was awful compared to the display and even the first 2 attempts.
I do not recommend this place at all!!!
My 14 year old is very disappointed!!

1st pictures of each shirt are where they “tried” to fix the mistakes. 2nd pictures are the final results. Notice the quality of the second Alabama shirt is not the quality of the first by far!!

Joel done absolutely amazing! This shirt is perfect for my baby’s babysitter! We talked the whole time he painted and I enjoyed making a new friend! ♥️ I 10/10 recommend that you ask for Joel and have him do your order! He was absolutely amazing!!

Way over priced he treats his employees like crap goes thru new people all the time. Don’t shop here unless you want to get ripped off. The work is crappy all done with
stencils. I’ve been better work from middle school kids.

A nice little shop. But it seems a little too cramped. It has a lot of t shirts. It was fun walking around. But it was hot inside and a little too tight with other people around. So we went on our way.

Loved the shirts coming into the store! LoL It is a cramped store and sells mostly stuff we don't need, no offense. My daughter really wanted an airbrushed shirt. She really loves it. Thank ya'll.

This place rocks. Came in with some friends to get some shirts made to go along with an inside joke of ours and they came out even better than we could have ever imagined. All the staff was super friendly and we were in and out quickly despite them being busy. Prices are reasonable especially for the quality of what you get. They also offer free-handed custom designs which is awesome.
