When I mailed a payment at PO office, it was right at its PO box # in same place in SEVERAL days earlier before due date, but they said they received my payment late. I don’t believe them! A bad billing business! This business should be turned over to OB City office!

Horrible billing department. I was out of town for a funeral for 2 weeks and came home to find that my water was shut off over $22 bill. No note on my door, no email, no call asking for updated debit card information (because it expired), just shut off and a charge a $75 late fee is ridiculous. They were sending the bill to another address that was supposed to forward but didn't. The only positive with this company is that the emergency number picked up right away and once paid for online I had my water restored within 5 minutes. Ridiculous policy over one late payment. Other bills that were paid by that debit card simply emailed me asking me to update my debit card information, a much better policy for the customer.

Called plumbing contractors to fix a water line. They shut off street valves which affected others. Horses rump arrived and threatened me and screamed at me when all I did was call contractors. After my problem was fixed, they informed me about OBWA water leak too and offered to repair it if WA would supply parts. I informed said horses rump about leak and he tried to deny it belonged to city, until I asked "aren't you responsible for fire hydrants?" Really poor human relation skills. WA work crew arrived and were all great guys who immediately got to repairs after we showed them problem

Pay your bill on time, cancelled checks to prove it, but water cut off before notice of intent to cut water off received.

Called the after hours number , around 10:00 pm ,to report no water , the rude person that answered said he was not aware of it , I was the first to call in. But he offered no info about having someone check on it. Totally useless individual. If you're going to have a after hours number maybe you should have someone that would do their job.
