I live 650 miles from our condo and had to plan everything via phone calls and emails. I could not have done this without Kendall. She was amazing! I purchased an investment property from out of state. Kendall at Gotcha Covered had a quote to me within days of my inquiry. Her quote was accurate and did not change. She kept in close contact for information regarding our closing date. My goal was to have the blinds installed as close to our closing date as possible so the property management company could take photos. We closed on a Thursday and Gotcha Covered was out there on Friday morning installing the blinds. Kendall made me feel like I was dealing with someone right down the street not across the country. If there were more than 5 stars - I would give it. I cannot recommend more highly.
