My family stayed at the Four Seasons of Romar Beach in Orange Beach. We had a four bedroom, 4 Bath condo. The owners we rented from left us two parking passes. On June 2, 2023 we received a parking violation although we had a visible parking pass. The parking violation said to see the security attendant. I went to the security hut at 10:30 on June 2nd to try to resolve the matter. The security guard told me we could only park one car in the parking lot. I reassured him that we had the proper parking passes for the vehicles. He told me that it was the owners fault for leaving two passes. I reminded him we signed a contract stating that we had two passes. The guard then became very agitated and disrespectful. He told me “lady you ain’t the only one here with this problem. If you don’t move your vehicle by tonight it will not be here in the morning and will be towed.” He then shut the security hut door in my face. I understand that he has to enforce rules but he does not have to be rude and aggressive. After that I felt leaving either of my vehicles was unsafe with him around. Shout out to Blake on the night shift. He listened, was very kind and understanding. He helped us resolve the issue. We put out a lot of money to stay at this condo. Security is hired to make you feel safe not threatened. This IPSC guard was out of line. Please do a better job of screening and training your guards. This guy is a bully.

Be aware friends and locals to Baldwin County or those traveling to Orange Beach!!!

The first night of our family vacation. While on vacation at the 4 Seasons. We had the worst experience with an unstable security guard. The reality company gave us 3 parking passes and for some reason the IPSC security guard had a problem with this that he came ringing, banging and knocking on our door at 10:40pm several times. The children heard the door and ask me to come to the door. Once, I got to door and answered it, the IPSC security guard started yelling at me and pointing in my face telling me to move our cars, or one of cars would be towed. At this point the man had woken up my husband and he asked the IPSC security guard to leave and to take it up with our reality company. So at 11 pm we received a call from someone claiming to be from the reality company. They stated, we need to move our cars now or they would be towed. At this point it was absolutely ridiculous, 11pm at night, with over 10 empty parking spaces available and a rude and unpredictable security guard, I had decided to get the guys to move the cars. My husband went down with my son to move the cars. Out of frustration he proceeds to tell the security guard that he was out of line for coming up to condo yelling pointing at his wife. The security guard starts getting loud and proceeds to hit him with his clip board. My husband tells the man that you just assaulted me. Then in turn led to the security guard contacting calling 911. Not one, or two, or three but four orange beach police officers show up on seen. This is miss using the local law enforcement. There are real emergencies, and they are not usually over parking spots. When the police showed up the security guard denied everything and of course stated that we were in the wrong. Needless to say none of this necessary.
Maybe the reality companies should not give more than 2 parking passes.
Maybe the 4 Seasons should not hire rude and unstable security guards. With a history or instability with other customers in the past we have reported the issue.
You should not have to encounter rude, mean and unstable people when when your on vacation. Our family has stayed at many nice condos for many years and never had any issues. Be warned, I also happen to look up the reviews and noticed just 1 month ago they had a similar complaint. I would never want anyone to be treated this way and especially on their vacation.

We went to the Four Seasons at Romar Beach expecting an amazing time at the beach. Little did we know it would all be ruined by one rude and unstable employee. Lawrence Brantley one of IPSC'S guards was hands down one of the most disrespectful human beings I have ever encountered. At the gate he barked at us about the car limit per room then stalked us down soon after to warn he had our tag number and was shaking with rage and speaking in a raised voice in front of our 4 year old cousin. After he stormed of muttering another guest came up to us appalled and tould us a similarly shocking story about the same employee. The guest tould us he had parked his truck and the back tire was in slight Contact with the adjacent parking spot line and wrote him a warning ticket. I understand that IPSC is there to make sure we are safe but instead it feels like they are there to harass and intimidate.

One of your security guards is very nice but my 1st day here. He had the pool door open and he was smoking. It stunk so bad to me I almost reported it then. Caribbean 1 Gulf Shores.

Fantastic service at Palm Beach in Orange Beach. Randy is the best and most helpful security guard in the area. He is always professional and welcoming.

They give Rent-A-Cops a bad rap! Rude & unprofessional!!! If I were a property manager, I would steer clear from this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional & a liability waiting to happen!
