Jason, Kyle and team not only gave us a great price on our window package for our new home but their service after the sale is second to none. Not many times have we had the owner of the company visit a jobsite to make sure that we the customer are taken care of. They are great people selling a quality product and provide top notch service after the sale. I highly recommend GSA!!!.

Called for an estimate for repair of two windows and took over three weeks to get it. I then told them to go ahead and fix them and they stated they couldn’t guarantee the repairs and quoted a ridiculous price for replacement of them. I received very poor service.

We brought our measurements to GSA to have them cut glass table tops for our wood furniture.
They were polite, helpful and accurate. The problem was that my measurement for one piece was wrong. I brought it back and they corrected my mistake for free! That was unexpectedly great service! I recommend this company for all your glass needs.

It's pretty spendy but they do have a lot to offer. When I picked up my order it was not wrapped or packaged in any way, just loose pieces of mirror. I had to ask if the would put them in something or wrap them so I could get them home safely. Every other place I have bought mirror from has had protective film and been wrapped in cardboard ot at least stretch wrapped together. I was a little surprised they weren't more professional.

I had a piece of glass cut for a picture frame.. I messed up and ask for the wrong size , 2 inches to wide ! The lady in office told me to bring it back and she would have it fixed . She did just that ! Very nice lady .. thank you so much ! T. Crumbliss
