We own a condo in Orange Beach. We have shopped there consistently since we moved her a year ago. Today my wife went to return a caulk gun which we bought there and never used. The lady working the register (named Micky) was extremely rude to my wife. She accused her of returning a caulk gun that was used. That was simply not the case and we were insulted. Ace just lost a good customer over a caulk gun that cost 12.99. After some persistent and embarrassing comments to my wife, she took the product back.

We won't be back. Taking our business down the road to Orange Beach Hardware for now on.

This is the most busiest hardware store in Orange Beach that has everything! And that alot of the property management companies utilize & rely on!!! Defines need a bigger area the congestion is it's only downfall!!!!

This is an amazing hardware store! They somehow have exactly what I need every time. Often they have items the big box hardware stores don’t. I love this place, and it’s local so it’s quick and easy. You won’t get three steps in the door before someone asks to help you.

I am a frequent customer of the OB store and overall love the outstanding customer service except for one individual who is a cashier. This individual has zero personality and, of all the years that I've been going there, I've never received a hello or a thank-you from her ever. It actually puzzles me that the owner would employ such a person because everyone else there is so friendly. Oh well. Love the store.
