They did our bathrooms at 2 houses. Their work is excellent. It was a joy to work with them. The first house we used them on was new construction, and they did the tub surrounds in the bathrooms. We were so happy with them, the work they did and the quality of the cultured marble that we used them on our bathroom remodels. They matched the tub surround in one bathroom and shower in another bathroom to the tile we put on the bathroom walls and floors perfectly. It has been over 10 years since they installed the cultured marble, and it still looks as beautiful as the day it was installed.

These people are kind and nice. However, they are very poor at responding to any phone calls or e-mails and have some of the worst communication skills. I visited their shop in January to see about them making vanity tops and a shower for a new build. They excitedly said yes. In March I followed up with them, and they asked for blue prints and cabinet designs, which I promptly gave them. In April I called to follow up to see where they were on our project, and they asked (again) if I had sent them my blueprints and I said yes. They said they would be out to measure the next week. I asked for an email confirmation and never got one. I called in early June to follow up again. After calling for 3 straight days, I finally was able to speak to someone. They informed me then they were not taking new clients. Extremely frustrating.

These people may make great countertops (although I have no proof of that- we never got that far!), but they are closed more than they are open, have either no intention or ability to follow up on projects or communicate to their customers, and have only left me disappointed and scrambling to find someone to make countertops 6 months after I thought I had this portion of our house settled.

These people are great until they get paid.
They did not finish our 5k shower and plainly told us they were not willing to come back and add trim
Pieces. My builder had to go to their shop and pick up. Builder finished the job the best he could. There are gaps and imperfections that cannot be fixed without tearing the shower out.
They are closed more than they are open.
Buyer beware!!!!

Cultured Marble of Cullman recently completed the installation of new quartz counters in our kitchen as well as a remodeled walk in marble shower. In spite of the difficult times (Covid, labor & materials shortages etc.) it was a pleasure to deal with such conscientious, detail-oriented and friendly professionals. Rita & Wendell kept us informed of target dates and made sure both projects were completed to our satisfaction.

I got the job quoted in October of one year. Yes Covid had hit. In 2020 I spoke with them in January, February, March and was told I was on the list to do the work. I always had to make the phone call to the office, they were terrible at following up. The last phone call I made in March, I was told they could not do the job.
