Owner is rude. He messed up the order by doing smoked link dinner sausage instead of link breakfast sausage. He then blamed it on me the customer. I had to plead with him to package pork chops in the quantity I wanted because it was extra work for him to package them in a 2 pack instead of a 4 pack. Constant struggles with him not wanting to do what the paying customer wants. He also had my pig for 1 month which takes other processors maybe 2 weeks at the very longest. Go somewhere else for your processing needs!!!!

Took a 150lb or better doe in once....
Got backstraps back whole.....
Backstraps I got were from a 60lb or so deer
