Tyler Shirley and his team built a custom offset smoker for me. The build quality is second to none, even down to the details like hinges and perfect welds. Paul and Tyler and their team, are amazing at their craft. I have owned two smokers made by them and would easily add to the collection. The smokers are easy to use, hold temps very weak, produce great tasting meat and you cannot beat the quality and craftsmanship. Highly highly recommend!

The best cooker I have ever owned! The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The welds are perfect. It's the little details that set Shirley Fabrication apart from all of the rest. I compared them all and narrowed it down to Shirley but when my wife can notice, ("Just look at those taillights, they're done better than all the rest") you know they're the best!!!

Truly the best Anywhere. Quality and workmanship like this does not exist anywhere, not even close. Innovative designs that lead the industry. My experience in dealing with Shirley Fabrication was as good as any that I have had, Exceptional is what I'd say. My cooker is the envy of all who have laid eyes on it. Worth the wait, yes there is a wait, but well worth the wait. Thank you Paul and Tyler for an over the top kicka$$ design and build.

Amazing smoker. Deal with Tyler if you can. His dad can fly off the handle. But the craftsmanship and smoker design is second to none. My smoker has raised more money for charity than it cost to build.

Tyler and his crew created a beautiful and excellent custom cooker that will last me "forever!" This rig maintains temps incredibly and I've got room to share, I can't wait to do my first whole hog in her. the 24x65 main chamber was ordered for that purpose. I'm just a backyard cook, but this cooker will "UIP" my cooking game. The Communication and Customer service is awesome and their QUALITY is 2nd to None! I'm proud to say "I am a Shirley Fabrication Owner!!!"

Be aware BEFORE you pay a down payment and agree to purchase from them. You WILL be waiting for YEARS! And... the quoted price may go up by the time they get around to building your smoker/cooker simply because the price of raw materials increases over the years. Agreed, they ARE the elite premium builder, no doubt. The quality is top-drawer. This is well known. The problem is that they DO NOT let you know UP FRONT that you will be waiting two to three years for your build. >>>>>>> UPDATE: Three years after my down payment the grill arrived. Quality was very good. PRICE was not crazy high, but close to my original estimate. Emails can be a bit slow but overall, I WOULD GO THRU THE WAIT FOR THIS GRILL AGAIN. Yes, it is that cool!.
