Worst people to deal with, honestly!! I have never leave a bad review. I order some spoons and I received the wrong color, this people didn’t even try to apologize, all they did was to justified themselves, I can’t believe they don’t appreciate customers , we own an ice cream business and they would have gotten a lot money from us as we wanted to used them for our ice cream supplies and as a business owner you should treat Every customer right, this guys Mitchel started yelling at me like crazy. Just for not changing me the color of spoons that we wanted and that they market in their website and that we pay for. We wanted the green and blue that is circle in red and we hot other type of green. His excuse is that they can’t guarantee the color, never sell anything that you can’t guarantee!!

Let me clarify to your response I sent you order #19806, I sent you pictuares of the product I received and the product I was expecting to receive. What else do you really need if you want to resolve the issue the order # is more than enough!!!! I am a business owner and I know that when I want to make things right it’s very easy to do!!

We have ordered the 16 oz pint containers from Frozen Solutions a couple times now and we are very satisfied with the product and the service. We have purchased 16 oz containers for our ice cream from several other companies. These are non vented and the correct size (some companies actually sell a larger size pint container). The lid is not shiny so we can write the flavor on the lid without it smearing or rubbing off. Also, the lid has a nice tight fit. Also, so far, the price has been lower than other suppliers.
