DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMING AND STEALING FROM THE ELDERLY.

Brought in a $500 Dyson to get cleaned and get a new filter. Waited 2 weeks, called in and they said it wasn’t ready.

Went in today to pick up my vacuum and was told that someone else came to pick it up yesterday.

They claimed they called me which is not true. I’ve been calling to get updates. The manager Jeorge and assistant manager Diane were incredible rude and said there’s nothing they can do about it and tried selling us a $600 used vacuum.

They told me my Dyson was old and wasn’t worth much despite us having the original receipt.

I called the police and filled a report. These people are scamming and stealing equipment. I asked for the same vacuum cleaner or to get my money for the worth of the Dyson. They straight up said they won’t do any of that. They wanted us to accept an old used model of lesser value.

Beware, do not come here. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and Dyson if they are a verified dealer.

I've used this place a few times, simple vacuum cleaning repair, belt replacement, etc.
Well, entire bag started falling off...outside bag. I dropped it off for repair. Hadn't heard anything in 2 weeks so I called them. I was told the boss was out on surgery and that whoever does the repairs didn't know what to do about the issue and wanted to wait a week until boss comes back to talk to the boss. No problem. I waited another 2 weeks. No phone call. I had to call them again! They are AWFUL at calling customers! Anyhow, I called and was told they 'put the bag back on and it hasn't fallen off'. I asked what part they replaced. They said none, they just put bag back on. HELL, I COULD DO THAT!! I explained that after it is used a few times, the outer bag...entire thing....falls off from the vacuum pressure, doesn't stay on. They had no answers for me, can't fix it. AFTER 4 WEEKS, SECOND TIME BEING IN SHOP FOR THAT ISSUE, AND THEY HAVE NO ANSWERS. And God forbid should they do business with Oreck and find out how to fix it!
Their customer service sucks! I will NOT use them again!

Brought a vacuum in for service and when we returned to pick it up the vacuum was not there. Jorge said it was picked up by a gentleman. Ok, did they provide you with the receipt for pickup? No they did not. So help me understand how my vacuum was given to someone else. Furthermore, why was your solution to upsell me a vacuum or provide a lower quality replacement? This will be shared across all social media. This is a dishonest business and deserves losing any and all business due to their lack of honesty and integrity. You don’t misplace someone’s equipment and wash your hands this easily.

I called and asked if they had any kind of trashcan cleaning caddies the guy act like he didn’t know what I was talking about, I said it’s a trashcan on wheels and then you can buy a plastic thing that you can hold all your clean supplies in. Then he said it’s best to come in and look at it. I said I don’t live in the state, but do you have something like that in stock that he goes well we don’t ship. I wasn’t asking him to ship anything because I was gonna have somebody come pick it up but instead of him being so rude, he would’ve found that out.

DONT GET ANY OF YOUR CLEANING SUPPLIES FROM HERE, they lack customer service skills.

I wasn't going to write a review based off of the fact that I did receive a full refund but the experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to share with others. I had gone into rent one of their carpet extractors staff seemed friendly enough at the time and the young man was very helpful and informative on how to use the machine and best practices. so I loaded it up into my car and brought it home. when I got home and started the setup the hose to the machine was incorrect I called back and the owner answered and told me that the hose should be correct and I told him that I agree with that statement but It is not. He then suggest I bring back the hose and he can switch it out. now the location is about 20 mins from my home and 40 mins round trip, so I agreed went there switched out the hose for the correct one for the machine. I went back home finally got the system set up 2 and a half hours later and thought yay! so the person that was doing the floors was doing good for about the first hour and then the machine stopped spraying solution and mind you now it's not spraying or sucking up and water. at this point I had enough and pulled out my own personal carpet cleaner and did the whole house that way. Once finished I called up Mesquit's and told the owner that his machine did not work and wasted most of my day and I would be in tomorrow to return it and expected a refund. Over the phone he was apologetic and stated that he would give me a refund or he would give me a different extractor for a day longer for no additional charge since the one he had given me was normally just used as there back up. I told him that I had done my house with my own personal carpet cleaner and that I do not have the time to spend 2 days cleaning floors. When I got back to their location with the machine he was doing everything in his might to refuse a refund to me from plugging in the machine and saying "well look waters coming out of there" to "I tried working with you and you refused to meet me halfway". He even said that he couldn't take back the product that is designed for their machine because it was opened. He was very rude putting me down saying that he's been in business for 50 years because he treats his customers right and that he would only give me a refund if i agreed to never visit his location again and then slandered me in front of other customers. now I'm not saying the customer is always right by any means but their is something to say for respecting other people's time and not ripping people off and then when they ask for a refund the owner feel obliged to talk down to them. and honestly if his business was doing great and he has a great customer base the refund for his machine that didn't do what it was designed to do shouldn't have been a problem. So thank you for demanding me not to support a company that doesn't have its customers best interest in mind.

This is the Disneyland of Janitorial Supply stores in the High Desert ! They have everything you could think of at reasonable prices ! The staff is great and personable. I clean churches and they are close by in case l need anything in a pinch !

DISHONEST COMPANY

I had a strong feeling that I should not take my Vacuum here for repair. But, I thought, I would give them a chance. What a mistake that was. It took them about a week to look at it. In the process, they ruined my Vacuum. When I brought it home, it would not go down to the floor. The lowest it would go was a 1/2 inch off the floor. Apparently, they had damaged the wheel assembly.

When I took the Vacuum back to their store to have them fix it correctly, I was told lie, after lie, after lie. They did everything they could to lie their way out of this. They were completely incompetent and totally unprofessional.

Below is a list of the lies I was told:

Lie #1 I will look at the Vacuum this morning and call you back.
Lie #2 I will fix the Vacuum this afternoon and call you to pick it up.
Lie #3 The Vacuum is fixed and ready for you to pick it up.

Lie #4 You broke the Vacuum when you took it outside.
Lie #5 That’s an old Vacuum.
Lie #6 You bent the frame.
Lie #7 You can’t buy that Vacuum anymore.

Instead of being honest and professional, they decided to be dishonest, and unprofessional, and attack me with all of their lies, in a desperate attempt to escape from being held responsible for damaging my Vacuum. Their behavior is as low as you can go, completely dishonest and unreliable – absolutely treacherous.

George (the owner) only provided me with a 50% discount of the money I had spent on the repair of the Vacuum, ($80.00 total) to purchase another Vacuum. But, even he, was hateful, hostile, condescending, and disrespectful. His behavior was completely inappropriate and totally unprofessional.

Do not take you Vacuum here for repair. They do not know what they are doing.

Mesquite Janitorial Supplies is completely unprofessional and a very dishonest business.

It’s very sad that this is how they choose to run their business.

UPDATE
I called Hoover, to get the Vacuum repaired, and explained the situation, and Hoover told me to take the Vacuum back to Mesquite Janitorial, and tell them to either, repair it, or replace it. Again, George refuses to repair the Vacuum and is still trying to lie his way out when the Vacuum still stays a half inch off the floor and will not clean smooth surfaces.

Absolutely despicable behavior.

I shopped here for the past 9 years, you are not gonna find a better store. They are always filling orders and stocking items you won't find other places. When I had my tattoo shop I used them, now that I have a real estate office I use them even more!
