Probably THE most technologically advanced water system on the market as far as patents and what the system actually does for the water. Cheap things aren’t good and good things aren’t cheap. If you buy a piece of junk from Joe Blow water softener down the road, sure you may save a little money but you will pay for it in the long run! When it comes to something that’s protecting the investment that you’ve made in your home AND your health. Do you want the cheapest thing? Or the BEST thing? If you want the best thing, look no further, get a Westinghouse!

These people do not return phone calls or messages. Avoid at all costs, you’ll be stuck with an expensive system and nobody to service it. But not to worry, someone may randomly show up unannounced when you didn’t call and you just find them in your yard.

I highly recommend Sun State Water. I’ve had my whole house water system for a few years now and it continues to work as great as when I had it first installed! My water is clean and healthy for my family and my pets. Over the years when I have requested a system checkup, the owner and staff are always quick to respond. I have the Westinghouse model and I haven’t had any problems. I’ve recommended this company and water system to other friends and family members and they have had wonderful experiences as well. With our water issues here in Florida, I’m so happy to have this system in place. I know my water is clean and tastes delicious. People are always quick to post bad reviews, so I wanted to take time to say how pleased I am with the product and service provided by Sun State Water.

Once system was installed the drainage line was placed near my home and eventually cause a large hole to form at the base of my home. I asked them to come out and they did. they moved the line and ran it into my yard and later it killed the grass. I replaced the grass but it continues to kill the grass. I called and left two messages and received no call backs. I contacted Westinghouse and Jennifer sent them an email per Jennifer, yet no call back.

This place is a rip off. Charged me $7495 (June 2018) and within a year, the filter system didn't work properly. I was out of town for 4 days (came home on the 5th day) and my neighbor told me filter ran the whole time I was gone, said it sounded like relay switch or whatever was stuck in on position, and water was everywhere. Needless to say, my water bill was almost double the following month. I phoned Sun State Water, as well as Westing House numerous times and was given run around by the 1 person (Mike) I spoke to. Every other call was not answered nor did anyone respond to my voicemails. I even called ISPC (finance company) to ask them to repo system, which they wouldn't. I continued to make monthly payments until August of 2023. Five years of payments and now I'm being sued for $4925.57 plus court cost etc; apx $8000. I'm aware that I'm responsible for my bills, but shouldn't companies be held responsible for system "warranties" and other promises made at time of sale. Guess being elderly is easy pickings for some companies.
Regardless, this company, it's policies, and (lack of) customer service SUCKS big time!!!!

I love my Westinghouse system! The difference in the water quality is night and day compared to what it was before! Overall I thinks it’s extremely important for you to know what the quality of your water is. I’ve lived in well water and that wasn’t pleasant, I’d pay any amount for a water system if I had to do it again. My sales rep Randy was very knowledgeable and professional as well and the reason I make my purchase in the first place. I appreciate all the help

Worst service ever.Micheal the salesman I tried to contact him over 10 times goes right into voicemail and it says his voicemail is full. Phil the owner never picks up to a paid customer until I contacted Westinghouse his product supplier the $7,000 is a rip off,the water is still the same. The ice cubes still smell and the water spots in my showers which I was told that would not happen, he said everything is fine and hung up on me, it’s funny if he thought everything was fine why did he send a out a outsoured water tech on May on 4th 7 months later. It is not right time to retire

I love my water filtration/ water softener system! My husband and I moved from Rhode Island and we were surprised at the water quality in Florida. The first thing we did was purchase a system from Sun State!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! My hair and skin are so soft. This was the best investment we made! I cannot thank them enough!
