They advertise fast service, but that is untrue. I sent my application in at the end of January. It took 6 days to mail it from Longwood to Lake Mary, but that's not their fault I understand. They sent it to the state rather fast. The state approval was the quickest part. It was approved after 3 days. Where it went wrong was after that. They received my certificate and emailed it to me. What they did not do was order my stamp. A service I must point out, that is included in their package. I waited for almost 2 weeks and nothing ever came. I finally called to get an update. THEY NEVER ORDERED MY STAMP!!! Ken's solution...send it with the next batch. So I have to wait another week. I asked him what would have happened had I not called in. He said that it would not have even been sent to the manufacturer. I appreciate the honesty. He had no intention of doing anything to make this right until I started making suggestions. We came to a conclusion that he would request this be expedited, and he would have them overnight it to me. This conversation was on 2/21/2023. He emailed later that evening informing me that they confirmed and it would be here on Thursday 2/23/2023. At thus point this review would have been 4 stars(one star deducted for the me having to find a solution to this provlem myself) except for, Thursday night rolls around and still nothing. If you do go with this company, it might benefit you to constantly call for updates, or else they might just forget about you too.
