My mother and I just met with a wonderful man named Oscar that helped us switch from Metro. The store is so comforting and makes you feel at peace. I am so happy after making this deal with Oscar. He is extremely honest and patient, I definitely recommend speaking with him if you come to this store. Oscar gave me trust in T-Mobile and he never tried to undercut me. What a honest and straightforward man, that truly made my day better!

I went into the store yesterday to inquire about switching to T-mobile. I spoke to one of the sales reps and specified that I wanted the cheapest plan. He showed me a plan but it wasn't the cheapest, and he didn't show me the cheaper essentials plan until I specified the exact name. He also told me I could ONLY get a promotional trade in credit if I sign up for Go5G plan, however this is not true as I've confirmed with Tmobile customer service directly. I still receive a promotional credit to get a new phone with the essentials plan. I've always preferred getting a new phone in person because they usually have better promotions than what you see online. However, I wasted 30 minutes driving here when I could've saved time and money by just doing it online.

Had the best experience in this store today. Oscar helped me with everything I needed. Sat with me for over an hour to get everything figured out. No rush, no pressure, purely professional. Hats off to the people working in this store. Well done. This is my go to store.

Their professionalism, patience, and knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I left the store feeling valued and well taken care of. If I could give no stars I would! This is the second time I go here because customer service sends me to pick up a replacement item and they literally act like it’s coming out of their pocket. I pay insurance for good reason!! So it’s the second time I get my items shipped overnight directly to me and get a credit for dealing with these people.
Save yourself the frustration people.. don’t go here!!

Jay was helpful from the moment I walked thru the door... I went to the T-Mobile on SR 434 in Longwood thinking I would have to buy a new phone after losing mine yesterday.
Explaining to Jay that I hated the process of applying for a replacement on the computer being computer illiterate, that I would need to buy one.
Jay offered to walk me thru the steps using their system and with the cost of a small deductible the new phone will be delivered overnight to my address for me after work tomorrow, saving me $300- 400- ...Great team at this location...

Everyone - Laney, Gen, and Madysen are an awesome team at the T-mobile Longwood store at 969 Wesr SR 434. Madysen, who I just reviewed a week ago with a 5 star rating, along with Laney and Gen were simply brilliant and highly effective in helping to resolve a difficult problem pertaining to my phone's memory issues while transferring all of my files, photos, & videos from my old phone onto my new one. Each one of them was very knowledgeable and precise about the best protocol to solve my dilemma, individually and as a team.
