We purchased a business package with Portfolio Tax and Accounting and were extremely disappointed in the services, or lack there of, that we received. We had to continuously remind Jarrod of tasks that needed to be completed or they were not met. Payroll was not paid on time, tax information was not documented throughout the year, and more difficulties beyond that. He was also very difficult to get a hold of and would schedule meetings with us and seem to forget or not mark it down on his calendar and attempt to push them back or reschedule last minute after we confirmed. Each time we reached out to Jarrod with difficulties, he apologized and had a personal reason for the difficulty. We understand that things happen in life, but after 3+ difficulties in a few months we decided to part ways mid year due to not receiving services we paid for. I continue to attempt to contact Jarrod for documents I didn’t receive from paid services last year and get no response.
