If I could I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star pre booked my rental 24hrs in advance and then called early that morning to finish booking the representative on the phone assured me I would be getting the suv I previously pre booked and that because I was a plus member I would get a discount. I scheduled a longer than usual
Lunch and went to the location to pick up my rental just to rudely be told by Sharka at the front desk that they didn’t have any suvs available for days now and that he tried to call me. When I checked my call log he called me 30min before my scheduled pick up time. He was very rude and handed me a card and said try back tomorrow while laughing. The sedan I ended up getting was dirty and it needed an alignment the wheel pulled the whole time. He told me I would get a discount for not having the car I wanted but when I checked my statement once again no discount was applied. I received a text from the manager Cody that says if you have any issues reply to this text or call and I did both and no one picked up the phone or replied back to my text.
I will never use this location ever again. They are careless rude and unprofessional.

Gold standard, 5 star, end-to-end BEST customer care beginning with Sharka! The exact type of car I requested was waiting for me when I arrived; brand new, extremely clean! Prompt & friendly pick-up (Cody) and drop-off (Todd), approximately 4 miles away from the Enterprise office, a pleasure and most appreciated! This was my 3rd or 4th experience with this office. I’m not one to complain but it’s the principle of it, I booked a premium suv a month in advance, was called 2hrs before pickup time and was told they don’t have any vehicles, now my family and I were traveling for the holidays , we had an Airbnb booked and know way to get there, was told to call customer service and they told me the airport had the vehicle I needed, now my rate quote was around $800.00 and was told by the manager that to get it and we will take care of everything when we return, so long story short they charged me $1800.00 when I returned, the airport was very helpful in trying to help me , but was told I would receive a call back and we are going on 2 weeks and nothing!!! I will never rent from them again and I will let everyone I know not to also this was a horrible experience for me and my family!!!!

Sharka and Cody go above and beyond for their customers. Ran into a few issues with my original reservation at a different location, not only did they transfer the reservation to their location, but they handled me and my family with the upmost respect and professionalism. They represent Enterprise very well!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was a good model and in nice shape. The only downside was that it was a fairly large SUV and I would have preferred a normal sized sedan, but they didn't have anything smaller. They did offer to allow me to change it out on a later day when something else was available.

Paid $723 for a standard sized vehicle, for 2 weeks, and unlimited mileage! The vehicle was in excellent condition and cleaned spotless! If you’re looking for affordable, clean, reliable, and great customer service….this is the location to go to. Checked into the one near the airport in Seminole County since it was a little closer to me and it was like $400 more than this place for the same exact vehicle and dates. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful as well! So check this place out 🥰☺️

On October 26, 2024, I arrived to pickup my reserved vehicle. There was a problem with the vehicle and was informed that we were being upgraded at no additional cost. The upgraded vehicle WAS AMAZING!! The manager on duty and Cameron were awesome!! Will most definitely be a repeat customer at this location!!!
